How Westmoore’s Dee Frost Started Playing Basketball and More – Presented by Premier Healthcare

VYPE: What are your goals for this season?

Dee: To make it to state.

VYPE: Which athlete do you look up to and why?

Dee: Ja Morant, because every time he steps out there on the court he plays his hardest.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Dee: Mrs. Symonds, because she was a very chill teacher, and she made my first year of high school fun.

VYPE: Who inspires you and why?

Dee: My grandma, because she pushes me to be the best on the court and off the court, and she is my number one supporter along with my aunties.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

Dee: Ruta and KK because they go hard every time on the court and they never give up, and they always encourage me to work hard and don’t let nothing get to me.

VYPE: What does being on a team mean to you?

Dee: Someone who I can call family and always count on to be there when I need them the most.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Dee: Jamaica and i would take my best friend Jazzy, because when I’m with her I always have a great time.

VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing basketball?

Dee: I started playing when I was four. I really loved the sport because I would always watch my brother and aunties play and watching them play really made me start loving the sport and wanting to play.

VYPE: Here is your chance to say hello, goodbye or thank you to anyone you wish.

Dee: I want to thank my aunt and uncle because they helped me get to where I need to be at and they pushed me to play at my best ability.
