Getting to Know Carl Albert Softball’s Londyn McNair – Presented by RibCrib

VYPE: What are your personal goals this year and how is the season going?

Londyn: My personal goals this season are to have a stronger, more accurate throw and hit more gap to gap shots.

VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?

Londyn: The most fun I’ve had in the last year was going to nationals with my travel ball team. We didn’t make it to the championship but it was all fun.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Londyn: My favorite teacher was Coach Hall from freshman year because her class was fun and she was a really good teacher.

VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?

Londyn: My favorite athletic memory is going to state my freshman year that whole experience was so fun and I’ll never forget it.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

Londyn: The teammate that’s had the biggest impression on me is Abby Keele. Abby had surgery at the beginning of the season but was determined to play in nationals at the end of the season and ended up doing better than where she left off.

VYPE: Who on your team has the best impression of your coach and who says the funniest things during games?

Londyn: Shelby Rusche says the funniest things to pump us up during games and even in practice.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Londyn: I would go to a white sandy beach and take my best friend with me.

VYPE: If you had $500 and had to spend it in the next 24 hours, how would you spend it?

Londyn: I would send the $500 on a new glove for the season and with the left over I would spend it on clothes or put it in savings.

VYPE: Here is your chance to say hello, goodbye or thank you to anyone you wish.

Londyn: Thank you to all my family and friends who have believed In me and pushed me to be where I am today.
