VYPE:What are your goals this season ?
Kelsy: My goals this season would be shooting in the mid 80s and making it to state.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Kelsy: Golf has taught me how to be patient and remain calm even when things aren’t
going the way I wanted.
VYPE: What does your team mean to you?
Kelsy: My team is like my second family. We see each other every day at practice and we
try to push each other to accomplish our goals.
VYPE: Who inspires you and why?
Kelsy: My mom inspires me because she’s an amazing person who is always kind and I
hope to be as caring as she is.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Kelsy: I would say Ava [Fritts] has left the biggest impression on me because she’s always
pushed me to become a better golfer.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Kelsy: My favorite part about being on a team would be the support that everyone gives
each other.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do
you take with you?
Kelsy: If I could go anywhere for a summer vacation I would probably choose Alaska and I
would want to go with my friends.
VYPE: What is the best advice you have ever received ?
Kelsy: The best advice I’ve received is to always stay positive.
