Senior running back Xavier Robinson has become the latest Carl Albert football player to pledge his talents to a Division I school.
The reigning Mr. Oklahoma football award winner, who rushed for almost 2,600 yards and 39 touchdowns as a junior en route to a Titans state championship, committed to the University of Oklahoma on Tuesday during a ceremony at Carl Albert High School.
Robinson chose Oklahoma over Iowa State. He had offers from Notre Dame, Oklahoma State, Colorado and others.
Robinson and the Titans open the 2023 season Aug. 25 against Coweta.
