VYPE: Ryann, how long have you played softball and what position did you play this year?

Phillips: Right now, I play shortstop and I’ve been playing ball for 14 years.

VYPE: What have you love most about playing with this group?

Phillips: I love that my teammates can always put a smile on my face by the end of the day.

VYPE: Are you playing any other sports?

Phillips: Just softball.

VYPE: Was there a teammate that really impressed you this season?

Phillips: Yes, Karlee Smith.

VYPE: What made this season special for you?

Phillips: We have our ups and our downs, getting hot at the right time.

VYPE: Making the state tournament is a big deal. What other memory stands out for you?

Phillips: Hitting a walk off homerun against Broken Arrow.

VYPE: What are your plans after you graduate?

Phillips: I plan on attending Murray State, then start my career.  

VYPE: How do you like to spend your free time?

Phillips: I love to hang out with my family, I usually spend time with my brother.

VYPE: Big plans for the summer?

Phillips: My plans are to have FUN while I’m still a kid.
