Dax Noles
Norman High School
The Class of 2024 at Norman High School features some great student-athletes and futur leaders. One of those, Dax Noles, plans to follow in his father’s footsteps after high school.
“I plan to study business in college and follow in my father’s footsteps. I want our class to be remembered for being respectful and loved by everyone,” said Noles.
The senior is a member of the varsity football team and loves competing with his teammates.
“I’ve played both football and baseball my whole life and always have found myself passionate for both sports to this day. I am very excited to see the heart in this team. I am also looking forward to seeing if we can go out and ball on a high level and just come out and compete every day. Devin Alexander is for sure the fastest guy in the state and will be dangerous in the backfield. Our whole team in general is pretty solid. I’d watch every single one of them. Our group has so much energy and always has so much fun every single day at practice. Our ability to have fun and enjoy the moment is something that makes us unique,” said Noles.
As a student-athlete, Noles said there are many things about NHS that stand out.
“There are a lot of amazing things about Norman High but one stand out quality is the support our school provides. Not only is the school spirit over the top, but the teachers are also just as passionate about cheering us on. I have made so many wonderful friends through my year as and I couldn’t be more grateful for them. These friendships are genuine, and I wouldn’t change them for the world,” said Noles.
In the classroom, Noles said his favorite subject is math and he is a member of National Honor Society and Tpal, a school philanthropy event.
