Hi, what are you looking for?

Moore/Norman

Q&A with Westmoore’s Jett McCoy — Presented by Kathy Brougham Farmers Insurance

VYPE: How long have you been playing football and how did you get into it?
Jett McCoy: Well I started playing in the third grade, and I joined because my baseball team friends all played so I wanted to play football with them.

VYPE: What do you love most about playing football?
JM: Just having fun and trying to get to the next level is what I mostly love.

VYPE: Have you always dreamed about playing football at the next level?
JM: Yes, because when I watch the players that are in college it makes me want to get to that level even more.

VYPE: What are your personal goals for this season?
JM: My goal is to just make big plays and help my team out.

VYPE: What does it mean to you to put on that jersey and represent Westmoore High School on the gridiron?
JM: It means a lot because the school expects a lot from the team and we have to meet those expectations.

VYPE: When it’s all said and done, what do you hope to say you accomplished in your high school football career?
JM: I just hope that I have played in or have won a state championship before it’s over

VYPE: Which teammate, past or present, has had the greatest impact on you? Why?
JM: The biggest impact is Brodie Inhofe because we’ve played together since we were 11 and he’s my QB.

VYPE: Who’s your celebrity crush?
JM: My celebrity crush is definitely Kylie Jenner.
