Mykell Patterson-McDonald (5-10, 175, Jr.) is one of the top secondary players in the state. Patterson-McDonald will play safety and has elite coverage skills. Jayden Williams (6-0, 170, So.) got a taste of varsity action as a freshman. He will play the safety opposite of Patterson-McDonald with Xavier Simpkins playing full-time at corner. The back end of the defense should be very competitive against the pass. Andrew Cerney (5-11, 200, Sr.) is a multiple-year starter at linebacker for the Jags. He will operate behind Jayden Jones (6-1, 265, Sr.) at defensive end and Javion Council (6-2, 245, Jr.) at tackle. The Jaguars roster has only eight seniors. Westmoore will rely on a large group of juniors and sophomores to battle against an ultra-tough schedule that begins with a trip to Tulsa Union.
