Elaina Murray, Edmond North

Players to Watch

Softball 

Lily Ritter – Coyle

A sophomore at Coyle, Ritter pitches and plays third base . She was the team’s leading hitter and best pitcher last year.

Kinidi Taylor – Crescent

She lives the game and plays it anytime she gets the chance.

Jill Dickson – Edmond Memorial

Jill is a hard throwing pitcher who won the State Championship in 2019. She also swings the bat with great authority.

Willa Ford – Edmond Santa Fe

Extremely talented and versatile player and a power hitter. She can play infield or outfield, wherever she is needed.

Abbie Eichler – Guthrie

Team MVP in Fastpitch and Slowpitch her freshman year, this sophomore looks to build on a phenomenal debut season. She was named the district Defensive Player of the Year in Fall of 2020.

Volleyball

Cami Turner – Deer Creek

Turner is a solid athlete that has put in a lot of hard work to get where she is. She will be a key player for her squad this season.

Annie Davis – Edmond Memorial

Annie is a four-year starter for Memorial’s varsity team. She has played both outside and middle hitter and is one of the Bulldogs’ most dominant offensive forces.

Elaina Murray – Edmond North (Pictured Above)

She will be in her fourth season on varsity. Murray led the team in kills last season and should be a force this year.

Unsung Heroes

Football

Brandon Banwart – Coyle

Banwart is a leader in the weight room and on the field.

Camden Peck – Edmond Memorial

He is a solid leader that loves being an Edmond Memorial Bulldog. He would do anything for his teammates. He may never be in the spotlight but is a major factor in his team’s success.

Jonathon Hunt – Edmond North

Jonathon is a 4.0 student with an unbelievable work ethic. He is one that pays close attention to detail and does everything right. He is the type of player that is a perfect example for younger players to look up to. 

Brysan Redwine – Edmond Santa Fe

Brysan is an outstanding young man that shows up everyday with a great attitude and work ethic. He will be a key to his team’s success this year.

Carson Wilder – Guthrie

Carson plays H-back and is his team’s point of attack blocker in all formations. He also is a threat to catch the ball out of the backfield. 

Joshua McBride – Oklahoma Christian School

McBride is a coachable, dedicated, hard-working athlete that is willing to do whatever is asked of him. He knows every assignment for just about every position on the field, and is a huge help to all of his teammates as a result.

Colt Davidson – Oklahoma Christian Academy

Colt is a great offensive center and defensive linemen. He is a team leader both on and off the field. After a bad skiing accident this spring, Davidson is working hard to get back to the team. Whether he plays or not, the coaches know that he will be there for his teammates. 

Softball

Chloe DeFuentes – Crescent

Chloe is a great kid that works hard to be the best she can be. 

Mandi Lenon – Edmond Memorial

The hard work that Lenon has put in will show this season as she looks to increase her impact on the team.

Rylee Groves – Edmond Santa Fe

Groves is a solid teammate and does whatever is needed to help the team.

Jules Leach – Guthrie

A great player on the field, Leach also excels in the classroom. 

Volleyball

Mia Sanchez – Edmond Memorial

Mia is a solid teammate that will do a lot of things that do not show up on the stat sheet. She is a key member of the squad. 

Underclassmen to Watch

Football

Trace Clark – Coyle

He is a very quick and smart football player who makes plays all over the field.

Stone Fisher – Crescent

He had a great freshman season, he looks to build on that and increase his role this season. 

Sedrick Frazier – Edmond North

Sedrick is an explosive athlete and can be dangerous when he gets in space. He has great ball skills and big time playmaking ability.

Bergin Kysar – Edmond Santa Fe

Bergin is a great young man that is very athletic for his size and strength. He looks to have another great year this year. 

De’Launtea Glover – Guthrie

Playing both tailback and defensive end, this sophomore looks to have an outstanding season on both sides of the ball. 

Henry Rothwell – Oklahoma Christian School

Henry played a big role for OCA his freshman season, so expect to see his role increase this season. He has a great combination of size, speed, football IQ, and work ethic. 

Price Stubblefield – 

Oklahoma Christian Academy

Price will be a sophomore hybrid running back & tight end this season. He was poised to have a breakout year as a freshman before he was injured last year. 

Softball

Phallioan Dyson – Crescent

She is a skilled athlete on the field and a great kid off the field. She could have a big season upcoming. 

Sydnee Seat – Edmond Memorial

Sydnee is a hard worker at whatever she sets her mind to. 

Jadyn Love – Edmond Santa Fe

Love is a solid player and is expected to have a bigger role this season. 

McKenna Tucker – Guthrie

She has worked hard and is ready to make an impact for her team this season. 

Volleyball

Georgia Byers – Deer Creek

Byers could make a big impact on the court this season. She has put in a lot of time and work to get here. 

Kathrin Rowe – Edmond Memorial

She is a smart athlete and is a great teammate.
