Q & A with Choctaw’s Cash Holman Presented by Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman

VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?

Cash: My favorite part about representing my high school is I know they are cheering for me. Differences aside, we all want the same outcome, to win the competition.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

Cash: My brother Caden because he had lightning speed and super talent until his injuries took him out of the sport.

VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing your sport?

Cash: I got into wrestling when I was three years old. My three older brothers wrestled so I wrestled. It’s what we do.

VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?

Cash: It teaches me how to be mentally and physically tough

VYPE: Who inspires you and why?

Cash: My parents, they have always been my biggest supporters and believe in me even when I don’t.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Cash: Benny Coleman, he is the GOAT.  He could have retired long ago but he comes back year after year because he truly loves coaching and teaching us what he knows.

VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to and why?

Cash: Bo Nickal, he is a great wrestler and I could only hope to achieve what he has

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Cash: Florida,we take a family trip there with the six of us every summer.

VYPE: Here is your chance to give a shoutout or say thank you to anyone you wish.

Cash: I would like to thank all my opponents throughout all the years. Without them, I wouldn’t be able to wrestle.
